Who is behind Laneway Stays

Built by people who understand how a property is presented, and how it is run.

Zac

Co-Founder

Zac has spent his working life around premium property — photographing it, filming it, and marketing it for agents, developers and property professionals. That work is a long education in presentation: what a well-kept home looks like, and what it takes to keep it that way. He brings the same standard to how Laneway Stays communicates and how its properties are maintained.

Jasper

Co-Founder

Jasper's background is in data analysis and risk modelling — years spent building forecasts where decisions rested on probability rather than instinct, and where discipline mattered more than optimism. He applies that to pricing, occupancy and cash flow. He is the one who asks what happens in a quiet month, and makes sure the answer is already accounted for.
